Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution environment.; Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access when required, and communicate with site contacts, visitors, drivers, and/or staff regarding security-related policies and directions.; Support daily operations by observing trailer yards, warehouse surroundings, and high-traffic areas for policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious activity, then escalating concerns through proper channels.
