The Site Safety & Health Officer is the frontline guardian of our jobsite culture — ensuring every worker goes home safe and every project meets the rigorous standards our federal clients require. You'll own daily and monthly safety reporting, hazard analysis, and full compliance with applicable OSHA, Federal, State, and local requirements, reporting directly to the Project Manager through Procore.Key ResponsibilitiesEnforce adherence to the project Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and all applicable standards under 29 CFR 1926 and EM 385-1-1Deliver daily HS&E reports including Safety Worker Logs, Near Miss Reports, and Mishap ReportsProduce monthly reporting: HS&E Performance Reports, LHE Inspection Reports, and Monthly Exposure Hour ReportsDevelop and maintain Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), Standard Lift Plans, Confined Space Entry Permits, Hot Work Permits, and Radiography/Portable Gauge Operations Planning WorksheetsOversee safety compliance for crane lifts and rigging, electrical work and LOTO, and fall protectionQualifications7 years of construction industry safety experience (mandatory).Completed OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Outreach AND EM 385-1-1 training within the past 5 years.Meets one of the following qualification pathways:7 years of construction safety experience ORSafety/health degree from an accredited institution + 5 years of experience ORActive CSP or CHST certification + 5 years of experienceProficiency in ProcorePreferred QualificationsPrior experience on USACE or NAVFAC projects strongly preferredCompetitive salary and performance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCompany vehicle or travel stipend (if applicable)Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
