DescriptionJob DescriptionAdvanced Sentry LLC is seeking professional and dependable individuals for flexible, part-time mobile security assignments in Portland, Oregon and surrounding service areas. This position is intended for individuals who are comfortable working independently, communicating with dispatch, and performing security services in a professional and reliable manner.This is a part-time, on-call employee position. Hours are not guaranteed, and assignments are offered based on client needs, employee availability, qualifications, location, and authorization to perform the assignment.What You'll Do Perform mobile security assignments at client locationsMaintain a visible, professional, and courteous security presenceObserve, document, and report incidents, safety concerns, suspicious activity, or unusual conditionsProvide professional customer service when interacting with residents, staff, clients, and members of the publicCommunicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and team membersFollow post orders, client site instructions, company policies, and applicable Oregon private security requirementsComplete accurate incident reports, activity logs, and assignment documentation as requiredWork Structure Flexible, part-time, on-call employee roleNo guaranteed hours or fixed scheduleAssignments are offered as they become availableEmployees may accept available assignments they are qualified and authorized to performAssignments may include short-duration coverage, mobile patrol assignments, scheduled shifts, or extended assignmentsMeal periods, rest breaks, overtime, and other wage-and-hour requirements will be handled in accordance with applicable Oregon and federal lawCompensation Starting pay: $25.00 per hour for compensable time workedMinimum pay per assignment may apply, depending on assignment details and applicable lawOvertime will be paid in accordance with applicable lawTravel time, mileage, vehicle-related reimbursement, and other required business expenses will be handled in accordance with applicable Oregon law and company policyOregon sick time and any other legally required benefits or paid time off will be provided in accordance with applicable lawEqual Opportunity Statement Advanced Sentry LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
