Location: North Houston, TX 77076 Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday | 5:30 PM - 11:30PM Hours: 30 hours per week (set schedule)

Role Overview

We are currently hiring an Armed Security Officer to support a client site in North Houston. This position involves maintaining a visible and professional presence while helping safeguard people and property. The role includes routine patrols, monitoring access, and responding to incidents as needed. This is an overnight assignment suited for someone dependable, alert, and comfortable working independently.

Key Duties

• Patrol the property on foot to observe for unusual or suspicious activity
• Monitor entry points and manage access to the site
• Maintain a visible presence to discourage trespassing or vandalism
• Respond to incidents and contact emergency services when appropriate
• Document daily activity, incidents, and observations in clear reports
• Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding site conditions
• Follow all post orders and company procedures

Basic Requirements

• Must meet state requirements for armed security positions
• Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
• Ability to remain alert and make sound decisions in changing situations

Work Environment

• Outdoor and indoor patrols depending on site needs
• Overnight weekend schedule
• Independent post with routine patrol responsibilities
