    Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate HYBRID opportunity in Bethesda, Maryland, for a REDCap Cloud Study Builder & Systems Integration Specialist who can help transform study requirements into well-designed accurate, reliable, and compliant electronic data capture solutions that support clinical trial operations. • This position is hybrid in Bethesda, MD, with work performed three days per week onsite; the rest performed remotely. This is not a remote position. • This is a nine-month contract with possibility of extensions. • Consultant will be a W2 salaried employee; salary range is $120K - $125K with comprehensive benefits offered. This is not available for 1099 or C2C. • Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident and successfully complete a background investigation prior to start. (Please note that EAD holders are not U.S. Permanent Residents.) • Mindbank does not work with third-party staffing companies. Please do not inquire. In this role, you will work with research stakeholders to build and configure clinical databases, electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs), surveys, and related study components within regulated research environments. You will help ensure that systems are properly configured, validated, documented, and aligned with study protocols while supporting the technical implementation of clinical research technology solutions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy the intersection of clinical research, data management, technology, and problem-solving. Successful candidates will be comfortable working with study teams, translating requirements into technical configurations, executing testing activities, and supporting the delivery of systems that enable high-quality clinical research. REDCap Cloud Study Builder & Systems Integration Specialist Responsibilities: • Study Building: Design and build eCRFs and databases in the REDCap Cloud platform • System Configuration: Program complex validation rules, edit checks, and data queries • Clinical Data Management: Translate trial protocols into technical system requirements • Validation & Quality: Execute UAT and maintain documentation to ensure compliance • Technical Support: Assist customers with configuration and usage questions. • Collaboration: Work with Agile teams to support development and implementation • Assist with data exports, reporting, and integration with statistical tools (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS) • Document system configurations, changes, and workflows REDCap Cloud Study Builder & Systems Integration Specialist Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: • Candidates must be US Citizens and US Permanent Residents for this government contract • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science or related fields • 3+ years of study build experience with an Electronic Data Capture platform such as REDCap, Metadata RAVE, Veeva, etc. • Experience working with systems compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and GCP Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years of professional REDCap Cloud study build experience • Programming experience with languages such as C# or JavaScript • Experience with clinical trial processes, specifically data collection, management, and standards such as CDISC • Strong skills in database building and system configuration • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing meetings • Proven ability to work independently Why should you work for Mindbank?
