DescriptionAt Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, the Program Security Representative (PSR) serves as a security liaison for programs within the facility. The PSR applies established security processes to ensure compliance with all government regulations governing the protection of classified and sensitive material. The role operates both independently and as part of a team to support contractual security requirements, manage clearances, facilitate customer visits, maintain accountability for sensitive items, and support facility security meetings.ResponsibilitiesServe as a security liaison for programs, applying established processes to ensure compliance with DoD, NISPOM/32 CFR 117, and other applicable regulations.Coordinate customer visits, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and security compliance.Maintain accountability for sensitive material and conduct periodic inventories and audits.Collaborate with program managers, engineering leads, and the Facility Security Officer to integrate security requirements into program execution.Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations, recommending corrective actions.Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.Basic QualificationsRegulatory Compliance – Implement and maintain security procedures that meet DoD, NISPOM/32 CFR 117, and other applicable regulations.Customer Visits – Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols.Asset Accountability – Maintain accountability for material and conduct periodic inventories and audits.Team Collaboration – Work closely with program managers, engineering leads, and the Facility Security Officer to integrate security requirements into program execution.Incident Response – Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions.Training & Awareness – Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.Knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR 117, and related government security regulations.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desired SkillsPrior experience with Defense Information System for Security (DISS)Prior experience with National Industrial Security System (NISS)Prior experience with Security Information Management Systems (SIMS)Security Clearance StatementThis position requires a government security clearance; the candidate must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.Clearance LevelTop Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.Schedule and CompensationWork schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.Work location: Onsite full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Pay range (California, Massachusetts, New York excluding major metro areas, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington D.C.): $57,400 - $101,200 annually.Eligible for incentive plan.Benefits OfferedMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.
