    Job Title

    At CUI Cable, you will be responsible for receiving client calls, monitoring technician logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members.

    Responsibilities
    • Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
    • Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from technicians and supervisors
    • Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
    • Preparing daily work schedules and orders
    • Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories
    • Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
    • Preparing and maintaining time logs, reports and other related documentation in accordance with company and departmental policies.
    Requirements
    • Must be able to pass thorough background checks and drug screenings.
    • Flexible work schedule with the ability to work weekends.

    Hiring Process

    First, our team of recruiters will review your application and conduct a phone screen with you, where you will go over the job description and more details about your work experience. After your phone screen we will submit you for an in-person interview with our branch managers. Once you have completed your interview and have accepted the job offer, we will send you for your pre-employment drug screening and conduct a nationwide background check. After the results are received, we can work on a start date for you.
