    About The Job

    MRP seeks an experienced Aesthetic Device Solutions Consultant to join our Park City, Utah-based sales team. In this role, you will be able to work with our Inside Sales Representatives to design sales solutions for pre-qualified MRP prospects within your channel and carry those opportunities to closing. You are passionate about disrupting the industry and putting customers and their interests at the center of everything you do. You will take a needs-based approach to selling by providing a way to compare, purchase, and save on a wide range of solutions tailored to their unique set of challenges. You will sharpen your understanding of the aesthetics industry, master communication skills, and conquer the opportunity to disrupt an outdated industry.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide front-line, subject-matter expertise in educating customers and prospects on device use cases, competitive analysis, value propositions, technical specifications, etc., within the MRP sales process.
    • Foster stakeholder advocacy and represent their voice with internal teams, gathering and relaying feedback and identifying themes to incorporate into product, sales, clinical, and marketing efforts
    • Own all aspects of your assigned device channel in collaboration with MRP teams.
    • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs related to common questions and requirements discovered during the sales process for your device channel.
    • Attend tradeshows and run live product demonstrations where applicable
    • Develop and manage channel Key Opinion Leaders
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years of aesthetic medical device experience
    • Price negotiation experience necessary, experience negotiating pricing on sales above $50,000 a plus
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for events
    • Ability to manage many projects simultaneously
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Great candidates often come from the following backgrounds: Previous laser and energy-based device sales; Hands-on aesthetic device clinicians; Clinical trainers; Aesthetic industry consultants
