Dispatcher Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated dispatcher to join our fast-paced team. This role requires a strong background in logistics, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail in all aspects of coordination and recordkeeping. Pay: $20.00/hr. Schedule: Night shift; will train on days then move to nights once trained.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers, equipment, and materials to job sites efficiently and safely.
• Maintain clear communication between field crews, drivers, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Track job progress, delivery times, and scheduling changes.
• Assist with basic payroll functions, including verifying timesheets and job tickets for accuracy.
• Support inventory and yard organization as needed.
• Handle documentation, data entry, and reporting with precision and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Background in logistics, dispatching, or oilfield operations required.
• Proficient with math and capable of handling calculations for scheduling, mileage, and load data.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to adapt and take on additional duties as needed.
