    Dispatcher

    Go Ride LLC, is a leading provider of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services. We are dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation solutions to individuals with medical and mobility challenges. Our team is committed to ensuring our clients reach their medical appointments and other destinations with ease and comfort.

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our NEMT team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching drivers to transport clients to and from their appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and dispatch drivers for client pick-ups and drop-offs.
    • Monitor and track vehicle locations and driver status.
    • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and healthcare facilities.
    • Handle incoming calls and address client inquiries and concerns.
    • Ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
    • Maintain accurate records of trip assignments, driver logs, and client information.
    • Coordinate with other team members to optimize route planning and improve service efficiency.
    • Respond to emergencies and unexpected changes in schedule promptly and professionally.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
    • Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the transportation or NEMT industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
    • Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
