What You'll Do
- Dispatch and support a team of up to 40 drivers
- Act as the communication hub between drivers, vendors, and leadership
- Adjust routes in real-time to improve efficiency
- Problem-solve issues on the road (delays, equipment, etc.)
- Track performance metrics and help drive results
Why This Role
- Immediate exposure to high-volume logistics operations
- Build real-world skills in leadership, decision-making, and problem solving
- Clear path to Operations Supervisor / Management roles
- Work out of HQ with visibility to senior leadership
Who We're Looking For
- Recent grads or early-career candidates
- Strong communicator + thrives in fast-paced environments
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Motivated to grow a long-term career in logistics
Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000
Monday–Friday | 7am–5pm
