    Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for an Intelligence Reports Officer to support our client in Arlington, VA

    Responsibilities include:

    • Retrieve agency reports of investigation (ROIs) and other relevant information and disseminate based on assigned areas/regions or approved intelligence reporting requirements (IRRs)

    • Review agency reports and other investigative records to identify information that meets predefined criteria to share with Intelligence Community (IC) partners, the national security community, and other law enforcement partners.

    • Prepare reports containing relevant information in prescribed formats.

    • Review and edit Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) to ensure they are grammatically correct, well-structured, formatted and tagged properly and comply with agency guidelines.

    • Prepare other intelligence reports as directed by the Task Monitor.

    • Maintain records and produce a monthly summary of work performed.

    Requirements:

    • US Citizen

    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

    • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility .

    • Ability to obtain an agency clearance.

    • Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience or eight years of relevant experience without degree. Bachelor of Science degree preferred with major in intelligence, criminal justice, or political science.

    • At least three (3) years of experience in all-source analytic human intelligence (HUMINT) collection.

    • Experience working in the federal law enforcement, Intelligence Community (IC), or Department of Defense (DoD) communities.

    • Familiarity with DoD and/or IC intelligence reporting standards.

    • Experience and knowledge using DoD and/or IC analytic tools and databases.

    • Four or more years of experience reviewing, editing, and writing Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) to quality standards.

    • Strong briefing and oral presentation skills.

    • Ability to work well with teams under minimal supervision.

    • Excellent writing, proofreading, and communications skills.

    • Able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to work independently in a distributed environment while maintaining a strong commitment to scheduled deadlines.

    • Experience with CHROME or HOTR is preferred but not required

    Position is in Arlington, VA

    Salary is 105K - 110K DOE
