Summary
Job Title
Incumbent serves as an expert intelligence operational specialist who performs analyses of Combatant Command requirements for the purpose of determining the viability of proposed capabilities for achieving military results that cannot be accomplished through conventional approaches, Special Operations or interagency capabilities.
Plans and carries out all assignments, resolving conflicts which arise and interprets existing policy to make technical or operational decisions necessary to process, all-source materials and produce innovative analyses in assigned area(s).
Serves as a contracting officer's technical representative (COTR) to assist the contracting officer in the technical development and day-to day execution of multiple complex contracts with non-traditional vendors performing highly unusual work.
Maintains liaison with high level intelligence professionals at other intelligence agencies and allied countries to provide or obtain information on complex and unique problems and participates as an expert representative of the activity on panels and committees with commitment authority in his/her assigned area(s).
