KRE Security, LLC is hiring a Full-Time Security Officer for a consistent, non-rotating second shift schedule in the Reading area. This is a permanent, year-round position designed for individuals seeking stability, predictable hours, and long-term employment with a trusted company.
This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, maintains professionalism in a variety of situations, and is looking for a dependable weekly schedule without rotating shifts.
Immediate Opening - Hiring This Week
Schedule
Monday - Tuesday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Thursday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do- Monitor the property and maintain a safe, secure environment
- Conduct routine patrols throughout the shift
- Observe and report any unusual activity or safety concerns
- Complete clear and detailed incident reports
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times
- Provide assistance to staff and visitors as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout the shift
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
- Security experience is a plus, but not required (paid training provided)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Fixed second shift schedule with no rotation
- Consistent weekly hours for reliable income
- Stable, long-term assignment
