This position provides administrative and customer service support to the Visitor Control Center (VCC) at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC. This is a busy and fast-paced environment, where the work is constant, with minimum downtime. Punctuality is critical. The highest volume of activity occurs when the VCC opens, and on-time arrival is essential to mission success. Work schedules may vary. Employees may be assigned early or later start times accordingly and may be asked to adjust their schedule temporarily to support coverage during employee absences.

Compensation: $65,780.00 - $98,555.00. The salary range posted is for Washington, DC locations. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
