    All-Source Intelligence Analyst
    The Opportunity:

Critical decisions are made every single day within our nation's defense enterprise. What if you could use your analytical skills to ensure those decisions are grounded in timely, relevant, and accurate intelligence? With the volume of information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to identify the most important data, synthesize it effectively, and deliver insights that directly support warfighter readiness.

As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst supporting the Marine Corps, you will apply your analytical tradecraft, regional awareness, and problem-solving mindset to help the service understand emerging threats and global instability. You will focus on foundational intelligence monitoring within the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) area of responsibility, tracking instability, and malign state influences that may impact the Marine Corps' global crisis response mission.

In this role, you will integrate all-source reporting, explore varied data holdings, and produce assessments that contribute to the broader Marine Corps warning picture. You'll gain experience with multi-discipline intelligence (CI, HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT), structured analytic techniques, and emerging analytic tools while working alongside mid-level and senior analysts.

    What You'll Work On:

    • Monitor, triage, and assess all-source intelligence reporting to identify significant developments within the AFRICOM AOR.
    • Provide foundational regional analysis in direct support of the Marine Corps for Global Response.
    • Research and integrate multi-disciplinary intelligence (CI, HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT) into broader assessments on regional stability and activity.
    • Develop and maintain foundational intelligence products, including country studies, threat group profiles, and orders of battle.
    • Assist mid-level and senior analysts in building more complex and predictive assessments.
    • Produce and brief intelligence summaries for Marine Corps staff on African regional security issues.
    • Document and maintain all source references used in analytic production.
    • Apply structured analytic techniques and emerging tools to basic analytic tasks.
    • Draft intelligence summaries and contribute to formal reporting across classification levels from Unclassified-Secret.
Join us as we equip Marine Corps decision-makers with the right intelligence at the right time to support the critical needs of our warfighters.

Join us. The world can't wait.

    You Have:
    • 1+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis
    • Experience drafting intelligence summaries or analytic inputs in standard intelligence writing style
    • Ability to learn and apply new analytic software, databases, and tools
    • TS/SCI clearance
    • HS diploma or GED
    Nice If You Have:
    • Experience in the operational Marine Corps intelligence community collections and fires targeting cycle
    • Experience with open-source intelligence exploitation tools
    • Experience conducting all-source analysis at a national-level agency
    • Experience performing link analysis, such as Analyst Notebook
    • Experience with AFRICOM
    Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
