The Loss Prevention Associate serves as a key protector of Lucchese Bootmaker's people, assets, facilities, and brand reputation. This highly visible, on-site role is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant work environment across manufacturing, distribution, and corporate operations. Through proactive security practices, facility patrols, surveillance monitoring, access control, incident response, and partnership with leadership, the Loss Prevention Associate helps prevent loss, mitigate risk, and support uninterrupted business operations.
This position acts as a frontline ambassador for safety and security, fostering a culture of accountability, awareness, and operational excellence. The Loss Prevention Associate collaborates closely with Operations, Human Resources, Safety, and external law enforcement agencies to identify risks, investigate incidents, and implement preventative measures that protect Company assets and employees.
The Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for supporting the Company's asset protection and physical security programs through proactive monitoring, incident prevention, access control enforcement, and security response activities. This role directly contributes to reducing shrinkage, minimizing operational disruptions, protecting Company assets, and maintaining a secure workplace for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
