Key Responsibilities- Monitor incoming alarm signals, including burglary, fire, medical, and environmental alerts.
- Respond promptly to alarm activations by contacting customers, keyholders, and emergency services when required.
- Dispatch police, fire, or medical personnel according to established procedures.
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding alarm activations, system status, and service requests.
- Accurately document all alarm activity, communications, and dispatch actions in the system.
- Follow strict verification procedures and company protocols for handling alarms and emergencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume call center environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and alarm system inquiries when needed.
