    • Assign loads and adjust sequencing in AMCS Tower as conditions change throughout the day
    • Monitor driver locations and progress; reroute around delays, breakdowns, and customer access issues
    • Serve as the radio/phone point of contact for drivers in the cabanswer questions, clear roadblocks, and keep them productive
    • Coordinate with the maintenance shop on mechanical downtime, equipment swaps, and availability
    • Document missed pickups, extras, and exceptions in AMCS so the coordinator team can follow up cleanly
    • Manage end-of-day driver check-in and confirm route completion
    • Escalate driver performance issues, safety incidents, and recurring service problems to the Operations Support Manager
    • Cover other lines of business during PTO and absences

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

    • You can build and release a clean daily route board across all four lines without supervision
    • Drivers know to call you first, and you resolve most cab-side issues in under five minutes
    • Route completion stays above target, with documented reasons for any exceptions
