    Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center - Benchmark Hospitality - High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public. - 1,400 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. - Nine restaurants and lounges including a Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee, and three sit down restaurants. - 200,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms. - Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields (all available to our associates to use!) - All professional clientele.     Job Title: Badging Agent

    BASIC FUNCTION: The Badging Agent position is responsible for the accurate and efficient production and assembly of name badges for all event guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The individual collaborates closely with Meeting Planners and Event Managers to address and resolve any badging inquiries.

    • Status: Full Time
    • Availability: 1st/mid-shift, weekend availability
    • Pay: $18.00 per hour
    • Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center
    Essential Functions:
    • Accurately and efficiently print and assemble name badges for all guests.
    • Effectively communicate to Meeting Planners and Event Managers when badging questions arise. Connect with Front Office leadership as needed.
    • Run various reports and produce routine critical analytics. Resolve reporting issues.
    • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
    • Assist with checking guests in and collecting and distributed guest luggage.

    What are we looking for?

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong Administration skills required.
    • Strong computer skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft products; Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Microsoft Teams experience is desirable.
    • Valid Texas Driver's License with good driving record preferred.
