    Dispatch Coordinator- Non-Emergency Transportation

    Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years scheduling setting is preferred. Must be able to demonstrate expertise in public relations telephone skills effective written and oral communication records management mechanical skills with office equipment such as copier fax basic computer skills and computerized scheduling system. Must be able to prioritize work and practice good time management with very little supervision. Must be flexible and able to project an assertive and professional image using tact and good judgement when dealing with difficult situations and upset people. Must have problem solving skills.

    Responsibilities: Coordinates transportation of patients. Ensures work orders for reimbursement for provided services are correct. Demonstrates commitment to working toward the success of the department. Completes other duties/projects as required by position and/or as assigned by Department Head/Supervisor.
