We are seeking a Security Representative with strong skills in DD254s, the SODA tool, and government contracting, subcontracting, and Internal Research & Development. Position will be a member of the RMS centralized Security Classification Management team with experience in program security collateral requirements, security assessments, and NISPOM (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual) compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing the requirements of 32 CFR 117. This position supports the RMS Security Assessments, Integration, and Compliance element within RMS. Classification Management team handling DD254's across all cleared CAGE Codes within the RMS Business Area. Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DOD collateral classified programs. Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Develops and conducts security education classes. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. Conducts detailed analysis and develops reports relating to Business Area security activities and trends. Provides advice, direction, and recommendations for security policy changes. Leads or participates as security representative in security and other functional projects. Performs other duties as assigned.
In-depth experience with security requirements of the 32 CFR 117 NISPOM and government contracting processes as well as subcontracting Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) or AFSO for Possessing Facility with Certification within five years desirable In-depth working knowledge of the Subcontract Online DD254 Application (SODA) required Strong collateral Security Assessment skills (Peer Review, Self Review, Mgmt. Review) Significant experience with DCSA Security Reviews, COMSEC audits, and Physical Security audits essential for position Familiarity with Classified Cyber, COMSEC, NATO, OPSEC, collateral and subcontracting requirements required Strong knowledge/use of Security tools (SIMS, SMART, DART, NISS, DISS, etc.) required Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Security policies and procedures Effective presentation skills essential Effective communication skills both written and oral with all levels, both internal and external customers, and all levels of government personnel Ability to collaborate and partner with employees at all levels Ability to read, understand, follow, and manage established processes required Ability to work independently in both a virtual environment and on-site is required Some travel is required to support security assessments Position requires minimum on-site work two days per week
Specific experience in managing complex projects. Problem solving and metrics analysis In-depth knowledge and use of Security Information Management System (SIMS) tool Advanced user in Microsoft Office Suite Minimum of one year experience with data analysis or operations experience Problem solving skills and root cause analysis Ability to research information and summarize audit data and identify trends Ability to obtain a Top Security personnel clearance LM21 Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Training Working knowledge of the DAAPM/DAAG in support of Classified Information Systems beneficial
