    Security Representative Staff /CSSO | Lockheed Martin

    You will be the Security Representative Staff for the Industrial Security team. Our team is responsible for providing multi-disciplined security support, managing special access programs, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

    What You Will Be Doing

    As the Security Representative Staff you will be responsible for overseeing contractor security operations, safeguarding classified information, and partnering with program management to develop innovative security solutions.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Act as Contractor Special Security Officer and Contractor SAP Security Officer for complex programs.
    • Manage personnel, physical, and technical security measures.
    • Oversee classification management and OPSEC requirements.
    • Conduct inspections and ensure readiness for audits.
    • Provide security education and subcontractor oversight.

    MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.

    Desired skills

    ― Experience using JADE, SIMS, and DISS. ― Experience in multiple operating environments including Collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information. ― Lead and implement change in a collaborative and inclusive manner, have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude. ― Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments. ― The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners. ― Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree. ― Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
