What You'll Do
- Dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations
- Prioritize jobs based on urgency, skillset, and location
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and expectations
- Coordinate emergency calls and allocate resources efficiently
- Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real time
- Maintain accurate service records to support smooth operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Dispatching, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure and detail-oriented
- Experience with dispatching software; ServiceTitan is a plus
- Reliable, team-focused, and organized
