    divh2Front Window Dispatcher/h2pWe are currently seeking an internal candidate to fill a Front Window Dispatcher position within the Dispatch department. This role is essential to daily operations and plays a key part in coordinating service, supporting operators, and ensuring on-time performance across routes./ppThis is an opportunity for team members who are interested in growing within the organization and stepping into a more operational, fast-paced role./ppPosition Overview/ppThe Front Window Dispatcher is responsible for managing and supporting daily dispatch operations, including:/pulliCoordinating and distributing routes/liliMonitoring and adjusting service throughout the day for efficiency and accuracy/liliCommunicating with operators via phone and radio/liliSupporting drivers with route issues, directions, and real-time needs/liliTracking attendance, callouts, and schedule compliance/liliPreparing and distributing required daily reports/liliHandling incidents and documenting activity appropriately/li/ulpThis role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and consistent, professional communication./ppTraining Schedule Expectations/ppSelected candidates must be available to complete a 6-week rotating training schedule:/pulliWeeks 12: Morning Shift (3:15 AM 10:00 AM)/liliWeeks 34: Mid-Day Shift (9:00 AM 4:00 PM)/liliWeeks 56: Closing Shift (5:00 PM 1:30 AM)/li/ulpPost-training shifts will be assigned based on operational needs and may include:/pulliMid-Day Shift: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM/liliMid-Day Shift: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM/liliClosing Shift: 7:00 PM 3:30 AM/li/ulpWeekend availability is required with no exceptions. Candidates must be flexible and able to work across shifts as needed./ppMinimum Expectations for Consideration/ppAll applicants will be reviewed based on current performance, including:/pulliAttendance and punctuality/liliReliability and consistency/liliProfessionalism and communication/liliOverall job performance/liliAny active or recent disciplinary actions/li/ulpThis is a competitive selection process, and not all applicants will move forward./ppSelection Process/ppQualified candidates will participate in an interview process.
