Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Required Skills & Experience • Prior experience in requirements and verification
• Experience with configuration and baseline control and change process
• Ability to define and detail solutions to complex problems and to convey solutions to both senior management and to the customer
• Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors Job Description • Support Ground and/or Weapon Systems Engineering requirements and verification team projects and coordinate regularly with key partners to maintain program objectives
• Be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and releasing requirements specification documents, including defining the requirements for new capabilities on USG and FMS contracts
• Lead and coordinate verification plans for new or modified requirements. Coordinate verification activities and generate Verification Information Sheets for verification closure. Compensation: $40hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
