Overview Position: Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO)Type: OnsiteLocation: 1737 Cityline Dr, Richardson, TX (US‑TX‑RICHARDSON‑C37)Security Clearance: DoD Top Secret, active and transferable requiredSalary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USDResponsibilities Develop, administer, and maintain a comprehensive security program in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Interface regularly with all levels of management and government customers.Ensure compliance with DoD Manual 5220.22‑M, NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and other relevant security guidance.Assist in the creation, submission, approval, and implementation of security policies, procedures, and documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, Security Plans, Operation Security Plans, Concept of Operations, etc.).Conduct self‑inspections, participate in government inspections, and recommend or implement corrective actions.Create, update, and conduct security briefings, training, and debriefings.Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and senior management across multiple sites and business units.Attend, support, and participate in program meetings, staff meetings, telecons, etc.Respond to walk‑in customers, process incoming and outgoing visits, and investigate security incidents with written reports.Qualifications University degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.Experience in Program Security, including Personnel Security, Physical/Technical Security, Information Assurance, COMSEC, and Security Awareness Training and Education.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred: Security‑related certification and training.Preferred: Experience with JPAS and Access Commander databases.Benefits Benefits generally include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
