Incident Commander Base Hourly Rate: $45.00-$65.00Work Schedule: Day / Swing / Grave shifts availableWe are not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time.Responsibilities Act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing emergency response.Respond to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues, staffing deficiencies, and handle client requests in a timely manner.Initiate preliminary investigations by writing incident reports on all internal client and company issues.Monitor camera feeds, Video Management Systems (VMS), and Access Control Systems (ACS) to identify and neutralize threats before they escape.Conduct ongoing site risk assessments and funnel actionable intelligence to leadership to inform high-level decision-making.Maintain "eyes on the ground" for incident verification, implementing specialized physical protocols such as two-swipe entry and strictly controlled access points.Act as the primary dispatcher and communication hub between the GSOC and physical response teams during critical incidents.Deliver advanced detection capabilities by merging digital alarm monitoring with physical security patrols (foot and vehicle).Oversee badge printing, credentialing, and technical security integrators to ensure the integrity of client perimeters.Conduct incident reports on accidents, suspicious activities, and system vulnerabilities, maintaining a high level of situational awareness.Provide low-profile physical security for assigned clients, promoting safety and discretion while conducting vulnerability assessments.Maintain a high level of physical fitness, a professional personal appearance, and a thorough understanding of today's security technology across all platforms.Required Qualifications Eligible for employment within the United States, minimum 18 years old per state licensing guidelines.Ability to pass an extensive background check and drug screening.Live within driving distance.At least 5+ years of physical security experience.Current BSIS guard card or eligibility to qualify for guard card.Current BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit or eligibility to qualify for an exposed carry permit.High school degree or equivalent.Competence in reacting to and handling emergencies.Effective communication with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.Good judgment with ability to make timely and sound decisions.Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.Work independently and as a team member.Ability to pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT), with or without reasonable accommodation, prior to the scheduled start date.CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages required.Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Strong writing and interpersonal skills.Desired / Optional Qualifications Current CCW or firearms permits for potential transition to armed agent status.Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or related field.Prior Military or Law Enforcement (ODO) experience.Formal TECC/TCCC (Tactical Casualty Care) certifications, NREMT licensure, or experience with advanced tactical medical integration.Experience with Executive Protection, anti-terrorism protocols, or high-threat driving.Experience with overseas protection assignments and international travel logistics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
