Required Experience:
  • 12+ years general full-time work experience (may reduce with advanced education).
  • 5+ years direct facilities experience.
  • 1+ years in management or leadership role.
  • Must-Have Technical and Functional Skills:
  • Experience planning and managing complex resources against constraints.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Project and Visio.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site team operations, providing sustainment and engineering support.
  • Execute Task Order scope, managing projects to meet contractual and customer requirements.
  • Plan integrated schedules and budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Management (CAM).
  • Prioritize team efforts within budgetary and resource constraints.
  • Serve as primary interface and Voice of the Customer (VOC) with government leadership.
  • Coordinate activities across internal and external organizations for zero operational disruption.
  • Manage team functions, including hiring, performance, and timecard approvals.
  • Develop presentations and deliver briefings to senior stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Must-Have Certifications and Clearance
  • ctive DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with strategic/theater missile defense, sensor systems, or DoD communications.
  • Proven interfacing with government customers and senior leaders.
  • Understanding of Project Management Lifecycle (including stakeholder management) and Systems Engineering lifecycle.
  • Experience in Earned Value Management or Control Account Management.
  • ctive Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
Behavioral Skills Inferred:
  • Strong leadership in team oversight and cross-organizational coordination.
  • Effective communication for briefings and stakeholder management.
  • Problem-solving for issue resolution and resource prioritization.
