Industrial Program Security Representative

The PSR applies established security processes to ensure compliance with all government regulations governing the protection of classified and sensitive material.This role operates both independently and as part of a team to support contractual security requirements, manage clearances, facilitate customer visits, maintain accountability for sensitive items, and support facility security meetings.Basic QualificationsRegulatory Compliance – Implement and maintain security procedures that meet DoD, NISPOM/32 CFR 117, and other applicable regulations.Customer Visits – Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols.Asset Accountability – Maintain accountability for material and conduct periodic inventories and audits.Team Collaboration – Work closely with program managers, engineering leads, and the Facility Security Officer to integrate security requirements into program execution.Incident Response – Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions.Training & Awareness – Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.Knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR 117, and related government security regulations.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desired SkillsExperience with: Defense Information System for Security (DISS), National Industrial Security System (NISS), Security Information Management Systems (SIMS).Security Clearance StatementThis position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance LevelTop SecretOther Important InformationExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time – The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
