Streamline Defense is seeking a International SOF Integration & Assessment SME to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directorate of Operations, J3-International (J3-I) Division at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.Support the Engagement Branch by drafting and maintaining country plans, supporting international engagement events, and managing MOAs/MOUs for J3-I personnel exchanges.RESPONSIBILITIESDraft, staff, and coordinate plans, roadmaps, and MOA/MOUs per the USSOCOM partnership planProcess and track international FLO/EXO staffing actions; prepare engagement plans and talking pointsDraft and maintain country plans outlining USSOCOM and partner-nation operations, activities, and investmentsLiaise with TSOCs and HQ directorates to align country plans with prioritiesProvide quarterly updates and annual assessments of J3-I country plansMaintain a database of USSOCOM international agreements and prepare CoS-level staff packagesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in international relations, economics, or related fieldGraduate of the Dept. of State Foreign Service Institute or equivalent US military programServed as a Foreign Service or Foreign Area Officer with 10+ years as a member of a US embassy country team or with State/USAID3 years in a federal agency, GCC, or service headquarters in policy development, international agreements, and strategy2 years experience or academic coursework in negotiations (e.g., MOAs/MOUs)Current Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access#J-18808-Ljbffr
