    Old Harbor Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Intermediate Watch Analyst. This position is located in Alexandria, Virginia.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide 24/7/365 coverage for this position.May act as the alternate for the Intermediate Project Manager/Watch Analyst as approved by the FPS Manager and/or COR.Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimizing methods to assist management with decision making, policy formulation, and other managerial functions.Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products.Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.Responsible for the quality of deliverables and performance of contract watch standers.Manage watch functions, processes, and information flow.Prioritize tasks and coordinate information gathering and reporting with other FPS elements.Maintain situational awareness of DHS related events, incidents, and threats; participate in daily NOC Operations calls.Brief Senior Leadership on priority information requirements.Review and approve incident reports and reporting products before distribution.Maintain RFI database, assign RFIs, track and ensure RFIs are reviewed and approved.Maintain the COP (Common Operating Picture).Produce, review, and brief the DOSR, and ensure its distribution.Maintain distribution lists and telephone rosters.Produce limited GIS imagery to support reporting products.Maintain and review watch turnover/pass down reports.Access, navigate, and utilize DHS and FPS law enforcement data systems and networks (to secret clearance level).Position RequirementsMust possess a Secret clearance.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operation centers, emergency management, dispatch, first responder (law enforcement/fire/rescue), or related work.Ability to perform all duties independently.Must be able to type 65-70 words per minute.Skilled in Adobe and Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Required SkillsOral Communication SkillsProofreading/Editing SkillsPresentation SkillsProficiency with Global Information SystemsBasic Graphic Design SkillsAnalytical SkillsProficiency with analytical software/tools (e.g., MS Excel; Tableau; etc.)Problem Solving SkillsInterpersonal Skills including appropriate protocol for presentations to Senior Leadership for FPS, and DHS.VEVRAA Federal ContractorThree Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
