This role is essential to keeping our logistics operations running smoothly, ensuring accurate communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams.

This is a 1st-shift position, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Call & Email Intake Receive, record, and manage all incoming communication with accuracy and professionalism.

Driver & Truck Dispatching Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations based on customer needs and load requirements.
Route & Load Coordination Determine the most efficient delivery routes and load assignments to support cost-effective operations.
Driver Communication Ensure drivers are informed of customer hours, load details, and any special instructions.
Log Monitoring Monitor driver daily logs and maintain familiarity with DOT Hours of Service regulations.
Strong Communication Skills Ability to clearly relay information between customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Calm Under Pressure Maintains professionalism during stressful or time-sensitive situations.
Multitasking Ability Capable of handling multiple calls, emails, and dispatch tasks simultaneously.
Independent Decision-Making Takes appropriate action with minimal supervision.
Attention to Detail Ensures all information is recorded and shared accurately.
DOT HOS Knowledge Familiarity with federal Hours of Service regulations is preferred.
Experience with McLeod is preferred.
