    Sun toThurs - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
    Friday and Saturday OFF!!


    Currently seeking a Dispatcher for our regional fleet of approximately 80 drivers. Our current fleet operations work in and around KY, GA, AL, and TN areas. Dispatcher is responsible for managing driver schedules, coordinating freight assignments, and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation. This position serves as the communication hub between drivers, customers, and internal teams.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries according to schedule.
    • Plan, organize, and monitor truck routes and load assignments.
    • Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the shipping process.
    • Track truck locations using GPS and dispatch software.
    • Resolve issues related to delays, weather, or equipment breakdowns.
    • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and HOS (Hours of Service).
    • Maintain accurate records of loads, driver logs, and delivery times.
    • Assist with load booking from brokers or load boards as needed.
    • Monitor driver performance and provide support where necessary.
    • Communicate professionally with shippers, receivers, and internal staff.
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Dispatcher Requirements :
    • High school diploma or equivalent (required); logistics training or college coursework (preferred).
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
    • Familiarity with dispatch software (e.g., McLeod, Samsara, TMW, or similar).
    • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver HOS rules.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to issues.
    • Self-Reliant and able to make decisions through resourcefulness, creativity, and expertise
    • Able to communicate professionally throughout all levels of the organization
    • Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to work well under pressure
    • Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
