Overview of Responsibilities This position conducts all‑source analysis and analytical production using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues. It provides all‑source analytic support for collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements on topics such as foreign command structures, leaderships, identity attributes, threat individuals and networks, biometric systems, and emerging technologies. Analysts project the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and assess national security implications associated with foreign involvement in critical U.S. Defense sectors. They produce intelligence for the U.S. Intelligence, Defense, and Acquisition communities.Qualifications Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and all‑source analysis skills.Ability to communicate understanding from incomplete, indirect, or highly complex information.Ability to structure analysis based on trends and a range of analytic perspectives.Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.Ability to collaborate with other IC members on information sharing, collection, and dispute resolution.Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products.Leadership experience in researching multifaceted or critical problems, guiding methodology selection and application.Clearance required: TS/SCI.Minimum education: High School Education.Minimum experience: 12 years relevant experience, 8 years with a Bachelor's Degree.Required certifications: None.Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000.Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off and holidays; retirement benefits with 401(k) matching; educational reimbursement; parental leave; employee stock purchase plan; tax‑saving options; disability and life insurance; pet insurance.
