    Location U.S.,King George, VA, 22485,United StatesThe Sr. Technical Director/Instructor will provide support by developing and updating the training curriculum.In addition, the Sr. Technical Director/Instructor will provide support in:Development of Job Duty Task Analysis' (JDTA), Front End Analysis' (FEA).Development of Simulation and Tactical and Operational scenarios.SME/Instructor support and training execution for the SSDS/Aegis courses as required.RequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 6 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.Familiarization with SSDS program and mission for SSDS position.Familiarization with Aegis Weapon System for the Aegis positionFamiliarization with one or more of the following: TAO, AAWC Senior Warfare coordination, Combat System Operations and Communication.Active Secret security clearance.Equal Opportunity Employer.
