Senior Analyst

Overview BecTech is looking for an amazingly talented Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to provide MDA systems engineering and analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects.What You'll Be Doing: Integrate into a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry teamProvide analysis, management, and general technical/scientific support/services/products as an integral member of the MDA Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination DirectorateDevelop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilitiesProvide understanding of MDA Element Program efforts for Discrimination and Electronic ProtectionWhat Required Skills You'll Bring: MS/MA degree and 12+ years of experience or a BS/BA with 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MS/MA degreeActive Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearanceExperience in technical countermeasure mitigation assessments, briefings and reportingExperience in developing and reviewing engineering requirements and CONOPSDevelopment of risk analysis and mitigation effortsKnowledge of Missile Defense fundamentalsExperience in technical system performance assessments, contingencies, and implementation planningExperience in conducting analysis and trade studies as well as multi-discipline and functional analysisConducting multi-discipline and multi-functional technical analysisWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring: Active Top Secret/SCI clearanceMaster's degree in STEM fieldMDA experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
