Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and experience authoring DoD product lines for senior policymakers. The schedule follows a 5‑week rotation cycling through days, swings, and nights, with one admin/recovery week and one on‑call week built in.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support developing and coordinating key lines of effort focused on the problem setBuild POAMs, determine projects' objectives and scope, schedule and assess projects' success, facilitate working groups, communicate with senior leadership, and leverage skills in analytic or planning methodologiesEmploy intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoDDevelop campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES)Assist with red teaming, and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning processFind faster, better ways for the agency to work togetherRequired Qualifications, Education, and Experience:Experiencein a Joint Staff or COCOMKnowledgeof the Joint Operations Planning and Execution SystemAbility towork independently, meet short deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and develop andmaintainrelationships across the IC, DoD, and partnersAbility tofacilitateplanning, prioritization, and synchronization of client activities to achieve effects that gain and sustain military advantageBachelor's degreeand2+ years of experiencein intelligence planning, or6+ years of experiencein intelligence planning in lieu of a degreeDesired Qualifications, Education, and Experience:PMP Certification; or Intelligence Planning Certifications such as JAWS, IPC I, or IPC II CertificationGeneral Factors:Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40 hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.Willing to travel, if needed.No Relocation .Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.Work Schedule Requirements:Willing to work a rotating shift schedule (will receive differential on all hours between 1800–0600):Week 1: M–F 0600–1400Week 2: M–F 1400–2200Week 5: M–Sun Off/On‑Call WeekRepeatClearance:TS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years)Location:The Pentagon; On‑SiteSalary Range:130K - 150KBridge Defense is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affi… It is the policy of the company to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation and gender identity or expression, national origin or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
