Our organization is quickly ramping growth, and we are looking for people to join our team to help us do that successfully.About the RoleAs a Parcel Analyst at Vision Government Solutions, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality parcel inventory projects that support accurate and reliable property records. This is a great opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys analytical work, problem‑solving, and working with specific project tools and systems in a remote environment. In this role, your contributions will help ensure parcel data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with project standards.ResponsibilitiesConsistently meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines.Analyze aerial imagery to identify and verify changes in property characteristics, structures, outbuildings, and land usage.Conduct comprehensive parcel inventories, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of property data.Enter and update parcel data in client CAMA systems and internal tools, as applicable to project requirements.Review and update existing dwelling sketches using PDF editing tools to reflect structural changes or corrections.Verify and update land classifications to accurately reflect the property's class and actual use.Review parcel records for discrepancies and elevate unclear or inconsistent data for further review when needed.Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive property data.Ensure assigned work is completed in accordance with project guidelines, client requirements, and quality standards.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow, quality, and project completion.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality, workflows, and processes.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company‑wide initiatives as required.Job Type: Full Time; HybridLocation: OhioEqual Employment OpportunityVision Government Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
