The CI Officers will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.Levels of OpportunityLevel 1: requires 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeLevel 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeLevel 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeLevel 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeLevel 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree*5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree*Clearance RequirementsAll positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.Basic QualificationsExperience writing intelligence products and reportsExperience conducting CI reviews and requirementsAbility to apply CI and risk management principles to safeguard operationsExperience related to intelligence research and targeting work is requiredDemonstrated ability to research and analyzeDemonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectivelyDemonstrated ability to problem‑solveDemonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrentlyStrong analytic writing and editing skillsDemonstrated ability to work in team environment successfullyDemonstrated success in working in a high‑paced, dynamic environmentExperience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agenciesExperience supporting senior decision makersPay Range$50,700.00 - $91,650.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.Pay and BenefitsPay and benefits are fundamental to any career decision.
