## Technical SETA SME - MicroelectronicsApplylocations: US - MD, Bethesdatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 39712**Job Family:**Production, Industrial, Material Engineering (MAE)**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph**What You Will Do:**The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes:* Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert* Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews* Serve as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partners* Review, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approaches* Select, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the program* Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design* Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program* Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program's success**What You Will Need:*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph* Bachelors' degree in computer science, applied physics, materials science or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, systems, software)* FOUR (4) or more years of experience or equivalent education involving device physics, circuit design, circuit simulation, and/or computer vision* TWO (2) or more years of experience or equivalent education with characterization tools (SEM, TEM, AFM, probe stations) and use of test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)* TWO (2) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, including creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Masters' degree or PhD in computer science, applied physics, materials science or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, systems, software)* FOUR (4) or more years of experience with LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or Verilog/VHDL* TWO (2) or more years of experience with deep learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and/or generative models* TWO (2) or more years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC), including experience with requirements, CONOPS, and transition* Awareness of supply chain security and trusted microelectronics* FOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team* ONE (1) or more year of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project ManagerThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
