Prepare and brief identified anomalies/issues to customer leadership and be prepared to make recommendations to resolve issues.Compile operational data for Congressional directed action reporting.Deconflict defense-wide issues impacting specific DoD CI programs, functions and mission activities.Conduct data pulls for reviewing, analyzing and archiving in a SAP-sponsored database.Maintain and update the counterintelligence operations systems and Operational Management Data Base in order to provide support to military department counterintelligence organizations and defense agency CI sensitive investigations.Provide assistance to the Joint CI Training Academy (JCITA) staff by preparing and updating presentations on DoD CI.Be familiar and able to operate on multiple Data systems.Facilitate coordination with government/non-government agencies and CI organizations to exchange information (INSCOM, NCIS, AFOSI, DIA, Army and others).Coordinate with other components of DO/CCO, responsible for analysis of DoD CI operations, investigations, OFCO, and HUMINT programs.Produce, disseminate, and present various adhoc briefings, products, and presentations to support OFCO, Investigations, and CI Functional Management.Maintain close working relationships with a variety of members of the DoD ad national CI communities.Must be flexible to respond to a change of responsibilities, have strong research, briefing, and writing skills.QualificationsDoD TS/SCI with polygraph required and a minimum of five to seven years of knowledge/experience in the CI disciplines of CI investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, functional services and/or mission support.A Bachelor's Degree is requiredTraining as a credentialed Special Agent or law enforcement at the State or Federal level is preferredDAWSON is an Equal Opportunity/VEVRAA federal contractor.
