Our people bring unparalleled expertise and dedication, and we are always looking to expand our team.Position OverviewWe are looking for an Intelligence Operations Advisor to work in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area. This posting is for multiple opportunities, ranging in years of experience:Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeLevel 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeLevel 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree*5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree*QualificationsBachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experienceActive Top Secret SCI security clearance with PolyFamiliarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting toolsStrong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervisionDesired qualificationsOverseas experience of at least two overseas tours or from extensive overseas TDY experienceServed as Chief or Referent for a specialized ops positionExperience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field OperationsExperience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all‑source databasesExperience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field officeCompensation and BenefitsWe are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package in addition to a competitive salary.
