    Key Responsibilities:Conduct preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on specialized safety systems.Replace components and assist with the installation of new equipment as needed.Perform system tests to ensure all hardware and software meet operational standards.Maintain detailed records of service activities in the company database.Support remote troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to on-site personnel when not traveling.Qualifications:Must have experience working with fire protection/fire alarm systems or hold a NICET certificationsFamiliarity with CCTV, thermal imaging cameras, and other advanced technologies is perferred.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently, manage service calls, and adapt to different environments.Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and using a boom lift.Proficiency in English; Spanish bilingual skills are a bonus but not required.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) throughout the Southeast.#J-18808-Ljbffr
