OverviewAdmistrative Analyst: (2026-25217)Bowhead seeks an Administrative Analyst to join our team in supporting various contracts at NSWC Crane. The Administrative Analyst will assist in general routine office duties. The general office duties may include scheduling appointments and/or travel, greeting clients and visitors, answering phones and correspondence. The Administrative Analyst should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, experience using MS Project and a comprehensive understanding of Federal Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). The Administrative Analyst must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and is able to stay organized and multitask while meeting deadlines and assisting the office.Position is on-site onlyResponsibilitiesEssential functions will include:Assist Director of Operations and Project Managers with daily task.Manage day to day schedule, all facets of travel arrangements, coordinate conference room availability, agenda and minutes for the division managerPlan and prepare production schedules for business units or organizations.Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion dates according to forecast or customer orders.Provide status updates via reports and briefings to stakeholders at various levels to define business objectives, identifying risk, and prioritizing task on workload as requested.Other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree or eight (8) of experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointSolid working knowledge and experience in MS Project Professional and Office applications.Experience in preparing project baselines, reports and forecasting.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contactsStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a teamPhysical Demands:Must be able to lift up to 20 poundsMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodicallySECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
