Self‑Development is vital for Central Dispatchers as they learn about aggregate products, the unique capabilities of trucks and possess an excellent sense of geography & haul routes. They have excellent time management skills—managing a fleet of 50-60 trucks, taking all customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service. They are flexible as they support the weighmaster position and other departments in the company.Who We Are Lannon Stone Products is a mid‑sized, privately‑held construction aggregates company with operations in the suburbs of Milwaukee, WI. This urban mining environment and private ownership structure are the foundation for our commitment to building and operating excellent facilities for our neighbors, customers, employees, and vendors.What Central Dispatchers Do They identify, manage, and create new orders based on inbound calls and accepted quotes.Visually identify loaded products.Ensure proper billing and accurate accounting in reviewing daily scale tickets.Work with the accounting manager to collect and organize all COD payments.Support our team members at the other scale operations, the weighmaster position, and clerical tasks.Support the Sales Manager, creating orders & quotes, and assisting with quote follow‑up.Have the functional and technical skills of LSP products and their applications.Who Central Dispatchers Are Generous teachers providing safety training and direction for site visitors.Passionate about our craft, building a rapport with customers and truck drivers, and establishing positive relationships.In it together – strategically prioritizing and dispatching the delivery trucks to customers based on routes and inventory.Interpersonal savvy in providing direction and traffic to optimize truck usage.Attentive, ensuring our work areas and surroundings are clean and safe.Comfortable working with higher management as they support the CFO in managing payments of 50-60 trucks through Certified Truckers.Knowledgeable in identifying & managing new trucks and customers' empty weights.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. Hours are flexible and based on the needs of the customer; generally, 6 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday, and 6 am until 12 pm Saturdays.Lannon Stone Products is a dynamic and ever‑changing operation, requiring flexibility amongst our team members.
