Additionally, employees can choose from several voluntary benefits including critical illness coverage; accident insurance; identity theft coverage; pet insurance, and more.SummaryThe position supports the services of the DIA Directorate of Operations, Community Coordination Office, Counterintelligence (CI), Investigation and Inquiries Functional Manager (CCO-3).Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and disseminate quarterly performance data reports for DOD CI components to relevant customers (DoD, NCSC, ODNI)Review reports for anomalies and quality control; prepare and brief identified anomalies/issues to customer leadership and be prepared to make recommendations to resolve issuesCompile operational data for Congressional directed action reportingDeconflict defense‑wide issues impacting specific DoD CI programs, functions and mission activitiesConduct data pulls for reviewing, analyzing and archiving in a SAP‑sponsored databaseMaintain and update the counterintelligence operations systems and Operational Management Database to support military department counterintelligence organizations and defense agency CI sensitive investigationsProvide assistance to the Joint CI Training Academy (JCITA) staff by preparing and updating presentations on DoD CIBe familiar and able to operate on multiple data systemsFacilitate coordination with government/non‑government agencies and CI organizations to exchange information (INSCOM, NCIS, AFOSI, DIA, Army and others)Coordinate with other components of DO/CCO, responsible for analysis of DoD CI operations, investigations, OFCO, and HUMINT programsProduce, disseminate, and present various ad‑hoc briefings, products, and presentations to support OFCO, Investigations, and CI Functional ManagementMaintain close working relationships with a variety of members of the DoD and national CI communitiesMust be flexible to respond to a change of responsibilities, have strong research, briefing, and writing skillsQualificationsDoD TS/SCI with polygraph required and a minimum of five to seven years of knowledge/experience in the CI disciplines of CI investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, functional services, and/or mission support.Bachelor's Degree is requiredTraining as a credentialed Special Agent or law enforcement at the state or federal level is preferredEqual Opportunity StatementDAWSON is an Equal Opportunity/VEVRAA federal contractor.
