Review and investigate non-compliance issues. Provide security advice, guidance, and recommendations to all levels of staff. Manage program and administrative activities regarding security clearances for the organization's employees and advise management and personnel on issues. Assist with ad hoc proposal security volume reviews. Coordinate security support for compartmented or special access programs, as required.You Have5+ years of experience with applying tailored, responsive, multi-disciplined security support, including personnel, physical, technical, operational, and information security aimed at the protection of corporate and client personnel, information, facilities, programs, and capabilitiesExperience with SCI administrationKnowledge of personnel and physical security policies and regulations, including ICD 705 and Security Executive Agent DirectivesTop Secret clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You HaveExperience as a Contractor Special Security OfficerKnowledge of contract and acquisition security practicesAbility to analyze complex problems, develop and articulate focused solutions, and take independent action in an often ambiguous work environmentAbility to provide constructive, tactful, and discrete security advice and guidance to personnel across all levels, including senior managers, peers, subordinates, and customersPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degreeClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
