This role ensures timely disposition—restock, repair, or scrap—while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting customer credit issuance.ResponsibilitiesReceive and log returned goods; verify against RMA and order records.Inspect items for condition and completeness, document findings.Update ERP/WMS with return status and inventory movements.Restock acceptable items and route nonconforming items appropriately.Print documentation and labels for return-to-vendor (RTV) when required.Perform basic quality checks and elevate discrepancies.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required0–2 years of returns processing or warehouse experienceAbility to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safelyBasic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMSStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyPreferred QualificationsExperience with RMA processes and RTV documentationKnowledge of basic quality inspection standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredOur culture and internship programs are designed to develop talent across the organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
