Insight Global is seeking a skilled Security Systems Service Technician responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of security and low-voltage systems across commercial, industrial, and/or government facilities.
This role will primarily support access control, CCTV/video surveillance, and related security technologies, ensuring systems remain fully operational and compliant with client and code requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience
Familiar with the following systems Brivo, Galaxy, SmartRent, Avigilon, & other low voltage systems
Hands-on experience with:

Access control systems
CCTV / video surveillance systems

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, connectivity)
Ability to read construction drawings and wiring diagrams
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
